The Next Wave Executive Team is made up of the founder and the two Heads representing each creative side of the platform: the Arts and the Crafts. Together, the team helps guide the vision, outreach, leadership, and growth of Next Wave while working to ensure creators across all disciplines feel seen, supported, and connected. By combining creativity, innovation, and youth leadership, the Executive Team plays a key role in shaping the future of Next Wave as a growing community and movement for young creators.
