Next Wave is growing, and with that growth comes new energy, new ideas, and new people helping shape what this platform becomes. Now, we’re excited to introduce the very first Creative & Media Marketing Team, a group of talented, motivated teens who are already helping bring the wave to life.

Say hello to Cynthia, a senior and Briana, a sophomore—the newest members of our team!

Even though they’ve just joined, they’ve already become an essential part of our workflow. From brainstorming content ideas to helping build campaigns, they’ve shown so much creativity, initiative, and passion. Their perspectives bring fresh insight into what teens want to see, how stories should be told, and how we can make Next Wave more engaging and inspiring for young creators everywhere.

Both Cynthia and Briana bring their own unique style, skills, and personality, and that’s exactly what makes this team special. Whether it’s through design, video, or strategy, they’re helping shape the visual identity and voice of Next Wave moving forward. Every post, campaign, and feature we create is influenced by their creativity and input. Their creativity is at the core of what we share, and their effort behind the scenes is helping bring this wave directly to you.
